Profiles
Tricia Wrigglesworth RGN, RHV

I am a qualified nurse and health visitor. I am also a breast feeding counsellor, IAIM infant massage instructor and have both a psychology diploma and adult teaching certificate. As well as being the mother of three grown up children, I have had many years' experience working with parents and young children and have run a number of support groups for new mothers. I am currently working part time as a health visitor, supporting new parents and their children.
I know that the first few weeks after birth are crucial in establishing a bond between parents and baby. I believe that by giving practical support and advice to parents in the early weeks, they will gain the confidence needed to ensure a happy, secure and contented baby.
Alexandra Scullard RGN, RHV

I am a qualified nurse and health visitor with over twenty years’ experience in London and abroad. I have worked in both NHS hospitals and community settings. I am also a breast feeding counsellor.
I grew up in a multicultural environment and I am bilingual in English and Spanish and can communicate in French and Portuguese. I also lived in the United States for over ten years where I brought up my two children. I therefore know how daunting it can be to experience parenthood in a new country without the support of extended family. I believe that with my expertise, I can be of particular support and reassurance, giving parents the confidence to enjoy their baby.
Margaret Lane RGN, RM, RHV

I am a qualified nurse, midwife & health visitor. I have specialised in Accident and Emergency care of both adults and children. Over the past 10 years as a midwife/health visitor my main work has been supporting parents with babies and young children. I am a La Leche League Breastfeeding Peer Counsellor trainer and have also specialised in antenatal and postnatal groupwork.
I love supporting parents in the transition to parenthood and believe that good support and practical advice is invaluable in helping both you and your baby to adjust. I have a particular interest in supporting women to breastfeed. I also advocate the role of complementary therapies in healthcare and am a qualified cranio sacral therapist.
