Individual consultations
- A single consultation in your own home tailored to your individual needs.
Home visits will be up to 1½hrs.
Standard Package
- 5 consultations in your home, the first of which may be before your baby is born. These visits will cover areas such as breast/bottle feeding, routines, sleeping, crying and soothing strategies, practical tips on bathing and monitoring your baby’s growth and development.
- Telephone support.
The visits will usually take place in the first six weeks after your baby is born. These can be weekly contacts but are open to negotiation. Our emphasis is on flexibility to meet your individual needs.
& Beyond... from 6 months
- We provide individual consultations in your home with follow up telephone advice on areas such as sleep management, toddler tantrums, toilet training etc.
Baby massage classes
- We offer baby massage sessions in your home. Each session will last approximately 1½hrs and can be for you and up to five friends and their babies (under 6 months of age). Massage oil is provided.
Group Sessions
- Group sessions are available in your home for a maximum of 8 mothers and babies, covering such topics as childhood ailments, travelling abroad with your baby and weaning onto solids.
